Job Description
Product Support Specialist Department : Information Technology Overview Digital Lending team is building next generation financial services platform based on public cloud and services. The company is looking for passionate engineers for working on cutting edge technologies such as advanced information management algorithms, scalability, predictive analysis, fraud detection, supply chain etc. Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor and manage production system components, integrations and interfaces 2. Address day to day application support queries from users,resolve or rou tethem as per the issue classification. 3. Troubleshoot production issues,work with application development team in resolution 
or creating temporary or permanent fixes. 4. Reproduction of production issues in test environment to identify / pinpoint incidents 5. Analysis of incident and problem symptoms. 6. Monitor application uptime, SLAs defined and communicate to stakeholders 7. Understanding of vision of the product and work with tech teams Requirements:  Worked on Amazon Web Services (AWS) based applications  Hands on experience in support of in Java based web application, Angular JS  Experience on Python and SQL will be an added advantage  Previous working experience in financial domain is preferred  2-3 years of experience in production support, incident management
