our client, beginning in July 1995 by setting up a plant to produce 25 tons/month of Phthalocyanine pigments (Chemicals).
Job Description
•Should be able to lead a team of fitters/welders & helpers on the factory floor for routine and breakdown maintenance.
•Should have experience in maintenance of Glass Lined Reactors, Rotary Vaccum Driers, Agitated Vessels having different type of agitators, Filter Presses and Spin Flash Driers, steam jet injectors, DG-sets, cooling tower etc
•Should have experience of metallic and non-metallic centrifugal pumps, electrical motors, plant utilities like boiler, cooling towers, compresso0rs, chilled water plants, thermic fluid heaters
•To device a Total Preventive Maintenance Program (TPM) for the main equipment & pumps
•To co-ordinate with the Production Manager to implement TPM
•To supervise maintenance work of various electrical panels and equipment also
•Will be responsible for overall maintenance & upkeep of the entire plant & machinery
Desired Candidates Profile :-
•Candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with about 10 to 15 years of experience in similar role in Chemicals/Pharma/Sugar industry.
•Knowledge of Electricals are an added advantage.
